Policies and fine print

All purchases, no matter how small, are subject to a seventy-two (72) hour cash-back return period. Mail order purchases may be returned within forty-eight (48) hours for a full cash refund.

     All purchases (with the exception of consignment items which can be returned within Seventy Two (72) hours of purchase only) made in person at the shop may be exchanged for full store credit for a period of thirty (30) days from date of purchase. We want you to like your stuff and enjoy your experience with us.

     All returns must absolutely be accompanied by a receipt. This ensures timely & hassle-free service for you, and avoids confusion. The same goes for Service. Anything electronic that breaks within the warranty period will be repaired at no charge provided that the problem is not caused by customer abuse or improper use. We also reserve the right to void your warranty at our discretion if you attempt to service a broken item yourself. Also not covered are repairs deemed part of the ordinary service life of an instrument. If you love your guitar to death and play the frets off of it, we'll be happy to help you get it fixed correctly and inexpensively, but we won't foot the bill. We use a number of factory authorized luthiers who also welcome non-warranty repairs. Certain types of recording and studio equipment returned within the grace period may be charged a rental fee at our discretion. We are happy to merely rent equipment for studio or extended tryout use, with all proceeds applying towards eventual purchase.
